License per device, management per organization
KioskPilot Pro is not licensed per user, but per device or active bound installation. An organization can have multiple user roles and multiple license seats. Free licenses are visible in the customer portal and assigned to a specific device.
The local kiosk remains independent
The Fleet Cloud complements local operations. The kiosk continues to display its configured page if the central administration is temporarily unavailable. Revocable device keys, domain allowlist and local admin PIN limit access.
Prepared for operations and billing
The portal separates devices, licenses, subscriptions, invoices, documents and user management into clear areas. Invoice addresses are versioned: The address valid at the time of invoicing counts for a receipt; later changes do not have retroactive effect.
